This selection is grown using natural farming techniques, picked by hand, and oxidized to 15-20% resulting in a light oolong with mild caffeine. The rolling cloud coverage helps to produce higher contents of L-theanine, an amino acid known to promote relaxation. Famous for the mist shrouded peaks, the cooler environment slows the growth of the tea plants allowing them to develop full flavors and aromas.
